"Greek Freak" will participate in Skills Challenge on All-Star Weekend

Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Milwaukee Bucks' burgeoning rookie star, will participate in the Skills Challenge on NBA All-Star Weekend in New Orleans, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Antetokounmpo, the 15th pick in the 2013 NBA draft, has already been announced as part of the Rising Stars Challenge, a game between the league's top rookies and sophomores. All-Star Weekend is Feb. 14-16.

Known as the "Greek Freak," the 6-foot-10 Antetokounmpo, 19, has been dazzling this season. His abundance of skill and earnest personality have already made him one of the league's fan favorites. Many league executives and coaches believe he could turn out to be the best player out of the 2013 draft. He was born and raised in Greece before joining the Bucks this season.

Antetokoumpo has averaged 7.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game this season.
