Nets at Timberwolves game preview: How to watch, TV channel, start time

The Brooklyn Nets (37-29, sixth in the Eastern Conference) visit the Target Center on Friday to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves (34-33, seventh in the Western Conference) for the first of two times this regular-season.

Brooklyn comes into this game having won three of its last five games including an impressive win over the Boston Celtics. Before losing to the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday 118-113, the Nets were on a three-game winning streak and had three straight double-digit victories. Despite resting a good amount of players, Brooklyn almost beat Milwaukee thanks to how well the reserves played.

Minnesota comes into this matchup having won three of its last five games including solid wins over the Sacramento Kings and the Los Angeles Clippers. The Timberwolves’ most recent game was a 17-point loss to the Philadelphia 76ers after shooting 39.5% from the field as a team in that game. Ironically, before losing to Philadelphia, Minnesota was on a three-game winning streak as well.
