Nets star Kevin Durant exited Sunday's game against the Miami Heat with a left thigh contusion, and was ruled out for the remainder of the contest.

The former MVP scored eight points on a perfect- 3-of-3 shooting from the field, including two threes in just four minutes of action before injuring his leg.

As he was driving to the basket for a layup, Durant's left leg collided with that of Trevor Ariza's, who was called for a shooting foul. Durant looked a bit shaken up after the play, and left to the locker room shortly there after.

Durant is averaging 28.1 points per game this season, but he's battled through injuries and has only played in 23 games.
