The Nets could be without a latest key player for Saturday's game against the Magic, a 7:30 p.m. tip-off at Barclays Center.

In addition to Kevin Durant (right ankle soreness), Brooklyn (21-8) will miss Patty Mills (rest) versus Orlando (5-25). After the Nets originally announced Mills as "out," Brooklyn upgraded his status to "available" off the bench. Whether or not he plays remains to be seen.

Nic Claxton (left wrist soreness) is questionable. David Duke Jr. (left hip soreness) is probable.

The Nets are down a host of players in health and safety protocols -- LaMarcus Aldridge, DeAndre' Bembry, Bruce Brown, Jevon Carter, James Harden, James Johnson and Paul Millsap. Joe Harris (left ankle surgery) remains out indefinitely.

From the remaining active roster, Blake Griffin and a pair of rookies -- Kessler Edwards and Cam Thomas -- are among Brooklyn's most experienced players entering Saturday's matchup. Rookie Day'Ron Sharpe and recently signed Langston Galloway are also confirmed availabilities.

Griffin and Thomas (22 games, 14.6 minutes per) have played the most of the bunch. Despite a stint out of the rotation, Griffin has started 19 of 21 games, averaging 6.2 points and 4.9 rebounds in 21.6 minutes.
