Concord (Calif.) De La Salle five-star outside linebacker Henry To’oto’o has been raking in the offers. He has received offers from Alabama, Arizona, Cal, Colorado, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Oregon, UCLA, Washington, and Washington State. The latest offer for the Bay Area standout is a big one for him though when the Utah Utes decided to offer the standout junior linebacker. The 6’ 2”, 205 pound five-star recruit ranks as the No. 13 overall player in the 247Sports Composite ranking for the 2019 recruiting class. He called Utah “his childhood favorite.” Landing To’oto’o would be a huge coup for Utah, who has not landed a commitment from any 247Sports Composite five-star recruits. De La Salle
