Matt Campbell’s Iowa State football teams play three tight ends, and often they’re on the field at the same time. All-American Charlie Kolar, Chase Allen and Dylan Soehner were among the nation’s most productive tight ends during last season's historic run. Don’t expect anything to change, other than Soehner heading to the NFL — except that his role might not be filled by just one player.
Iowa State football has added a third member to its 2022 recruiting class. Carson Willich, a three-star linebacker out of the Kansas City area, announced his commitment to the Cyclones via Twitter on Friday. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound athlete picked Iowa State over Kansas State, Northwestern and Vanderbilt.
