KRYSTEN PEEK: The UConn Huskies are headed to the National championship game after defeating Miami 72-59. The Huskies had a comfortable lead almost the entire game, and there wasn't enough left in the tank for the Hurricanes to make a comeback.

Junior forward Adama Sanogo was incredible in the post from start to finish and led the Huskies with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 blocks. Sharpshooter Jordan Hawkins was also productive, putting up 13 points, 3 for 7 from 3 in the win. And point guard Tristen Newton dished out 8 assists. Miami guard Isaiah Wong did everything he could in the second half to try to rally a comeback and finished with 15 points, 2 assists, and 2 steals in the loss.

UConn is headed back to the National Championship game for the first time since 2014. And this will be the Huskies first trip to the title game under Dan Hurley. UConn has beaten every opponent in the tournament by an average of 20 points and will face the San Diego State Aztecs on Monday night for a chance of its fifth national championship.
