Hulu has decided not to move forward with Ronny Chieng’s comedy pilot about the Brooklyn Nets. The TV series, which would have seen the 37-year-old Malaysian actor play the general manager of the Brooklyn Nets, was directed by Greg Mottola and inspired by the professional basketball team's real-life owner, Joe Tsai. Chieng penned the pilot with Jon Pollack, who has previously worked on shows such as “Modern Family” and “30 Rock.”
Cam Thomas says that the team's energy in the second half was the reason for the fourth-quarter comeback.
