  • Kris Dunn (knee) scored nine points (3-of-5 FG, 3-of-3 FT) with six assists and three rebounds in 20 minutes Monday against the Kings.
Advice: Making his first appearance since October 22, Dunn was placed on a minutes restriction of 20-24 minutes for Monday's game. Despite that minutes restriction the Providence product managed to lead the team in assists, with no other Bulls player having more than three (Ryan Arcidiacono). Dunn and the Bulls, who have lost nine of their last ten games, begin a three-game road trip Thursday in Orlando.

  • Dunn (sprained MCL) will return Monday against Sacramento.
Advice: Dunn, who has been out since Oct. 23, averaged 13.4 points and 6.0 assists for Chicago last season after struggling as a rookie with Minnesota.

  • Kris Dunn (knee) and Bobby Portis (knee) will be limited to 20-24 minutes on Monday vs. the Kings.
Advice: We were told this morning that both players would be active, but we didn't have specifics on their minutes until now. The Bulls are coming off their worst loss in franchise history, but having Dunn and Portis back should give them a huge lift.

  • Kris Dunn (sprained left MCL) will make his return on Monday vs. the Kings.
Advice: While we don't know what his restrictions are, we do know that Dunn will come off the bench tonight. He'll eventually take over as the starter once he gets his legs under him, and he offers some serious upside in counting stats with volatile efficiency. With top 50-75 potential, Dunn can be activated everywhere. Cameron Payne could be knocked out of the rotation completely.

  • Kris Dunn (sprained left MCL) has been ruled out of Saturday's game vs. Boston.
Advice: Dunn is headed in the right direction but has not yet been cleared to play. It's possible he returns by early next week. Chicago's next game is Monday vs. the Kings. Ryan Arcidiacono will continue to start at point guard in place of Dunn.

  • Kris Dunn (sprained left MCL) has been ruled out of Friday's game vs. OKC.
Advice: Dunn has been making solid progress - he's practiced four days in a row this week - but is still not ready to return to game action. Ryan Arcidiacono will draw another start, but it seems Dunn is on track to be medically cleared by early next week.

  • Kris Dunn (sprained left MCL) has practiced four days in a row this week but it "doesn't seem likely" that he'll play this weekend, according to NBC Sports' Mark Strotman.
Advice: Dunn hasn't been limited during practices. "[I] did everything," he said. "Just taking it step by step, trying to get my legs and rhythm back, my conditioning back, my feel of the game and just go from there." Newly-minted head coach Jim Boylen lavished Dunn with praise, saying, "Kris is a guy that’s so superior athletically, it just changes the way you look right off the bat." Ryan Arcidiacono has had some nice moments as the starting PG but the job is Dunn's for the taking when he's healthy, and he shouldn't be on your waiver wire.

  • Kris Dunn (knee) said he went through a full practice.
Advice: He does not have a target date, but this is obviously a big step for Dunn after getting hurt in the opener. Dunn is getting close to the back end of his 4-6 week timetable, so perhaps he is back soon. Plus, the Bulls pulled a fast one on all of us when they shockingly called Lauri Markkanen probable out of the blue on Saturday. If Dunn is floating around on the wire, it's time to pick him up, and drop Ryan Arcidiacono.
