The Athletic's Shams Charania reports "there is optimism" that both Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards could return in time for Wednesday's matchup with the Atlanta Hawks. Edwards has missed only two games so far after leaving Friday night's tilt against the Chicago Bulls with a sprained ankle.
