Trey Kerby of The Blowtorch searches high and low across the Internet for NBA-related goods you never knew you needed. You know, phenomenal swag. Email Ball Don't Lie any relevant products you find here.
When I was a wee little lad, the Chicago Bulls were quite the basketball team. They won titles, as you may have heard. They had this really good player, Stacey King, who many consider to be the best ever. Every year, after winning a title, a caricature t-shirt was made. Along with whatever promotion the local Subway was offering, these were coveted goods. Apparently, I'm not the only one feeling nostalgic for those shirts, as Phil Jackson has brought the tradition to Los Angeles.
Right now, you can pre-order your own Los Angeles Lakers 2009 Champions "Parade" t-shirt with caricatures of all your favorite Lakers. Kobe, Pau, DJ — all the one name guys are there. And so are the lesser stars like Lamar Odom(notes), Josh Powell(notes) and Sasha Vujacic(notes). Strangely, Luke Walton(notes) has been replaced with Will Ferrell, which I can only assume is a "Land of the Lost" tie-in.
