You heard the man — put your hands up in the air!
Yes, even you, Shawn.
The NBA has announced that Grammy Award-winning pop diva Shakira (va-va-voom!) will team up with 12-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and actress Alicia Keys (va-va-voom!) for a one-of-a-kind performance during halftime of the 2010 All-Star Game later this month.
Keys will sing her hits "No One" and "Empire State of Mind," plus "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart." Shakira's performance will include "Give It Up To Me" and "She Wolf," which she better re-record as "He Timberwolf" for Al Jefferson(notes) and/or Kevin Love(notes).
Usher will also perform at the Feb. 14 game at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. He'll belt out his new hit "More" (above) during the introductions of the 2010 NBA All-Stars, as well as treat the crowd to a special performance of the fan favorite single "Yeah!" from his '04 catalogue. (Usher loves those one-word titles.)
Still no word on whether Shaq or his JabbaWockeeZ posse will perform. Fingers crossed!
