Point Guard

Russell Westbrook - Washington Wizards (vs. Cleveland Cavaliers)

Raul Neto played well in place of Rui Hachimura in their last match-up. Tonight, Washington faces the Cleveland Cavaliers at home. Collin Sexton will not play, leaving Garland running the point. Cleveland will rely heavily on Jarrett Allen, Isaac Okoro, and Darius Garland. Washington simply has too much offensive power for Cleveland to keep up tonight. Russell Westbrook will benefit from this matchup and carries a significant ceiling against a Cleveland team that allows massive steals, blocks, and high field goal percentages. When someone like Rui Hachimura goes down, fantasy-wise, it’s nice because the offensive usage goes right towards Beal and Westbrook, someone like Bonga will never take up too much usage. With that said, Raul Neto also becomes a fine play as long as he’s in the starting lineup as he was last night. With Sexton out, I just don’t see Cleveland capable of keeping up with a potent Wizards offense.

Other PG Option: Steph Curry - Golden State Warriors (vs. Sacramento Kings) & Raul Neto - Washington Wizards (vs. Cleveland Cavaliers)

Shooting Guard

Tyrese Haliburton - Sacramento Kings (vs. Golden State Warriors)

With De’Aaron Fox out for tonight‘s game, the obvious play becomes Haliburton. Some people might want to invest in Buddy Hield but Andrew Wiggins is the perfect defender for a player like Buddy. I can see Wiggins maintaining him. I fully expect Haliburton to reach value at his current salary but I also expect him to be a very popular play. Haliburton has averaged 29.7 fantasy points per game and I expect that to increase with Fox on the court tonight. Haliburton has played very well in his last two games totaling 30.8 DK points and 23.3 DK points. Remember, for daily fantasy purposes you always want the game to stay close for optimal production. Yes, Haliburton will have to handle Steph Curry and that will be a tough task. Investing in both Steph Curry and Haliburton would be the optimal exposure to this matchup.

Other SG Option: Buddy Hield - Sacramento Kings (vs. Golden State Warriors) & Darius Garland - Cleveland Cavaliers (vs. Washington Wizards)

Small Forward

Justin Holiday - Indiana Pacers (vs. Orlando Magic)

It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what the Pacers lineup will look like tonight but as of now, I like the preliminary matchups for Justin Holiday. Holiday is a lengthy SF capable of grabbing rebounds, taking three-pointers, and running the court. Because of his length, he also can rack up steals and blocks making him the perfect daily fantasy play, especially at his current salaries. The problem is, as of now we don’t know who is confirmed healthy for the Pacers. If Sabonis is able to play, players like Holiday and Brissett become less desirable. Make sure to monitor all of the confirmed lineups tonight, player news will be crucial for this slate.

Other SF Options: Khris Middleton - Milwaukee Bucks (vs. Atlanta Hawks)

Power Forward

Giannis Antetokounmpo - Milwaukee Bucks (vs. Atlanta Hawks)

I honestly don’t know what to think about this Milwaukee vs. Hawks match-up. There are so many inconsistencies on the side of Atlanta, it’s hard to keep up with. Snell, Young, Reddish, and possibly Capela will all be out for Atlanta. The Milwaukee Bucks are fully healthy. Yet for some reason, Vegas has Milwaukee favored by -6.5 with a 220 O/U. Capela is questionable at the moment but regardless of his status a -6.5 point spread seems way too low considering the Milwaukee Bucks are healthy and the Hawks are riddled with injuries. If the Hawks want to have a chance at winning tonight’s match-up, Bogdanovic, Collins, and Capela (is playing) are going to have to play extremely well. I don’t see a player on Atlanta capable of maintaining Giannis, let alone his co-stars in Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton. Monitor Capela’s status but regardless the Milwaukee Bucks are going to be my Bet of the Night at -6.5 on Pointsbet.com. The Bucks have won five of their last seven and recently beat the Hawks 120-109. The Hawks were able to win without Young in their most recent game on the back of Bojan Bogdanovic. It’ll be interesting to see how Atlanta handles this situation going forward. But for tonight, give me the Bucks without a doubt.

Other PF Option: Torrey Craig - Phoenix Suns (vs. Brooklyn Nets) *early slate* & Edmond Sumner - Indiana Pacers (vs. Orlando Magic)

Center

Richaun Holmes - Sacramento Kings (vs. Golden State Warriors)

As you go through the centers for tonight’s slate you will notice many of them are questionable. Holmes should play but as of now, it is uncertain. Wendell Carter is currently questionable. Valanciunas is also questionable for the early game. Not to mention, Clint 's status is uncertain as well. This doesn’t leave you with many options. Holmes is in a great matchup and will likely be eager to return with a bang. Fox will not play for Sacramento tonight so a usage uptick is likely to go his way. The questionable tag could keep many people off Holmes but if he ends up playing I think he likely gets 30 minutes and reaches value. Homes has massive potential against a Golden State team that allows high amounts of offensive rebounds, defense of rebounds, and field goal percentages in the paint. If Holmes is confirmed playing he becomes my top play of the day.

Other C Option: Clint Capela - Atlanta Hawks (vs. Milwaukee Bucks) *if playing, monitor status*

PG Raul Neto

SG Darius Garland

SF Torrey Craig *early slate*

C Oshae Brissett
