It's hard to believe it's been less than a month since the Raptors knocked off the Warriors to win the 2018 NBA title. And in that time, the NBA landscape has totally changed, with All-Stars changing teams via free agency or trades almost every day. (Or at least it seems that way.)

Kawhi Leonard, Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving, Kemba Walker, Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, Paul George, Al Horford and Chris Paul have all changed teams. And they're not the only stars to have done so.
