Former University of Tennessee basketball player Grant Williams and the Celtics lost to Golden State, 107-88, in game No. 2 of the 2022 NBA Finals Sunday at Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

The Warriors tied the best-of-seven series, 1-1.

Game No. 3 is slated for Wednesday at TD Garden in Boston. Tipoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. EDT. The game will be televised by ABC.

Williams appeared off the bench for Boston and played 21 minutes.

He recorded six points, one rebound, one assist and one block.

Williams, a two-time Southeastern Conference Player of the Year for the Volunteers, was 2-for-2 from the floor, 1-for-1 from beyond the 3-point arc and 1-for-2 from the free throw line.
