This article aims to highlight some of the best NBA DFS Plays at every position for your cash game lineups. Keep in mind that the following player write-ups were constructed earlier in the day, and sometimes injury/rest situations can alter the fantasy landscape. Monitoring our NBA News & Headlines Feed throughout the day will keep you in the loop while giving you the subsequent DFS consequences of each information piece.

We’ll take a look at Monday’s six-game main slate starting at 7:30 ET.

POINT GUARD

Stephen Curry - Golden State (vs. Sacramento) - DK: $11,800 / FD: $9,700 / Yahoo: $45

Curry feels like one of the best options of this slate. That’s not a controversial statement under normal circumstances, and Curry could see even more of a boost with Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins out tonight. Of course, the best three-point shooter in NBA history doesn’t need much of an excuse to take more shots, but he’s getting that tonight. The matchup looks great in an up-tempo date with Sacramento. The Kings rank 25th in defensive efficiency to point guards, and the absence of De’Aaron Fox probably won’t help. Curry rested on Saturday, so he should be good to go in this home matchup.

Also Consider: Reggie Jackson, Lonzo Ball

SHOOTING GUARD

Buddy Hield - Sacramento (at Golden State) - DK: $5,800 / FD: $5,100 / Yahoo: $19

The Kings are extremely thin in the backcourt. Fox is out as well as Terence Davis and Davion Mitchell. That means Tyrese Haliburton and Hield will need to take over. This was the case last time out against San Antonio, where Hield went for 41 fantasy points. Haliburton posted 51 FP. The latter has been priced-up accordingly, but Hield is still too cheap when considering his heightened role with a 36-minute workload. Go ahead and lock him in as a strong bargain tonight.

Also Consider: Dillon Brooks, Tyrese Haliburton, Terance Mann

SMALL FORWARD

DeMar DeRozan - Chicago (vs. Houston) - DK: $9,300 / FD: $8,900 / Yahoo: $38

Zach LaVine will continue to miss time, which opens the door for DeRozan to take over the game. The Bulls’ wing did just that yesterday against the Lakers, posting 52 fantasy points without LaVine. Take note that DeRozan has been flirting with 50 FP outings alongside LaVine, so he shouldn’t have much of a problem clearing that mark when considering the extra usage. Tonight’s matchup looks great too, playing a Houston team that ranks fourth in pace and 27th in team defensive efficiency. DeRozan and Curry are two of my favorite spends of the night.

Also Consider: Harrison Barnes, Jonathan Kuminga

POWER FORWARD

Robert Williams - Boston (vs. Philadelphia) - DK: $5,700 / FD: $5,600 / Yahoo: $19

Williams isn’t necessarily a slam dunk value option, but I like him as a mid-range filler on tonight’s slate. Al Horford and Grant Williams are both out for Boston. Jayson Tatum is questionable. Williams has a clear path to 30-35 minutes due to those injuries, and that really boosts his floor/upside combination for fantasy purposes. Simply put, he’s underpriced when considering the additional minutes.

Also Consider: Jayson Tatum, Draymond Green

CENTER

Chimezie Metu - Sacramento (at Golden State) - DK: $4,700 / FD: $6,000 / Yahoo: $14

Sacramento is a mess right now. We already talked about their backcourt absences, and the frontcourt isn’t much better. Richaun Holmes is questionable while Marvin Bagley and Alex Len are out. Metu has been holding down the fort with starter minutes. That has translated to 37 and 29 fantasy points respectively over the past two games. That’s more than viable production when considering the non-imposing salary.

Also Consider: Joel Embiid (if playing), Steven Adams

POTENTIAL BARGAINS

Reggie Jackson (PG - LAC) and Terance Mann (SG - LAC) are candidates to keep stepping up if Paul George (questionable) is out tonight. Keep an eye on the injury report and don’t be afraid to use either if PG can’t play.

Jonathan Kuminga (SF - GS) is a direct beneficiary of Wiggins’ absence. He stepped up for 30 fantasy points in 36 minutes Saturday against the Raptors. Will he see 36 minutes again tonight? Probably not. Still, he should represent solid value with a role of 25-28 minutes.

Seth Curry (SG - PHI) will be asked to step up if Tyrese Maxey (questionable) is out once again. This was the case last time out, and Curry came through with 41 fantasy points. Keep an eye on the injury report here.
