This article aims to highlight some of the best NBA DFS Plays at every position for your cash game lineups. Keep in mind that the following player write-ups were constructed earlier in the day, and sometimes injury/rest situations can alter the fantasy landscape. Monitoring our NBA News & Headlines Feed throughout the day will keep you in the loop while giving you the subsequent DFS consequences of each information piece.

We’ll take a look at Monday’s six-game main slate starting at 7:30 ET.

POINT GUARD

Jrue Holiday - Milwaukee (at San Antonio) - DK: $8,300 / FD: $8,200 / Yahoo: $35

Holiday has been playing some fantastic basketball lately. It has translated to fantasy success as well, averaging 47 FPPG over his last three. There’s a good chance he’ll continue to thrive in this welcoming matchup against the Spurs, who rank 22nd in defensive efficiency to opposing backcourts. The point guard position has some great DFS plays, but Holiday could be one of the best lifts in terms of floor/ceiling/matchup/price.

Also Consider: Russell Westbrook, Trae Young

SHOOTING GUARD

Caris LeVert - Indiana (at Cleveland) - DK: $9,000 / FD: $8,800 / Yahoo: $38

Some of this depends on the status of Indiana PG Malcolm Brogdon. If Brogdon is out, then Caris LeVert should step up for another huge game. He has posted 64+ fantasy points in back-to-back outings, and the matchup looks great at Cleveland. If Brogdon ends up playing, LeVert will probably see less usage. In that case, I’ll turn to the value plays at shooting guard like Eric Bledsoe and Khri Thomas (further explained below).

Also Consider: Eric Bledsoe, Khyri Thomas

SMALL FORWARD

Danilo Gallinari - Atlanta (vs. Washington) - DK: $4,800 / FD: $6,300 / Yahoo: $18

Gallinari makes for a strong mid-range play in this slate. This Washington-Atlanta game looks like one of the best fantasy environments of the night. It should be semi-competitive with a heavy 237 over/under. Gallinari has carved out a nice 25-30 minute role for the Hawks, translating to a sweet 40 FPPG average over his last three. He should keep it going against a Washington team that ranks 25th in overall defensive efficiency and 22nd in opponent three-point percentage.

Also Consider: Kyle Anderson, Bojan Bogdanovic, DaQuan Jeffries

POWER FORWARD

Kenyon Martin Jr. - Houston (at Portland) - DK: $6,200 / FD: $7,100 / Yahoo: $24

The price is climbing for Martin, but I don’t care. The only thing I’m worried about is whether or not Christian Wood is playing. If Wood is out, then Martin is a sensational play through all formats. If Wood is playing, then I’ll pivot elsewhere. Martin has posted 48+ FP in two of three games with Wood sidelined, and he should continue to see around 40 minutes if that’s still the case.

Also Consider: Domantas Sabonis, Jaxson Hayes

CENTER

Jonas Valanciunas - Memphis (vs. New Orleans) - DK: $8,200 / FD: $8,000 / Yahoo: $32

I’m looking towards either Valanciunas or Hernangomez at center tonight. “JoVal” is my preferred choice as long as the price difference doesn’t hurt you elsewhere. The Memphis big man is coming off outstanding performances of 45 and 58 FP respectively over his last two. Now he’ll face a beat-up New Orleans frontcourt that already ranked bottom-ten in defensive efficiency to opposing centers.

Also Consider: Willy Hernangomez

POTENTIAL BARGAINS

Eric Bledsoe (PG - NO), Jaxson Hayes (PF - NO), and Willy Hernangomez (C - NO) are all legitimate value plays through tournaments and cash games. Williamson, Ingram, Hart, and Adams (doubtful) are all sidelined for the Pelicans, so this trio will need to keep stepping up similar to their recent healthy performances.

Khyri Thomas (SG - HOU) came out of nowhere to post 57 FP (!) against the Jazz on Saturday. We aren’t expecting a repeat performance, but this guy clearly isn’t afraid to take some shots. He should continue to see around 30 minutes for the shorthanded Rockets, which could translate to a respectable 30 FP showing (with upside for more).
