ARIEL EPSTEIN: Welcome to "Yahoo Daily Fantasy in the NBA." I'm Ariel Epstein. I cannot believe it is already December 1. We're going to get you some winners, get you some money. This way, you can go and get some really nice presents for your family and friends for the holidays.

Let's start tonight with some DFS winners. I'm starting with the big play of the night, he is expensive, but he's worth it, $58 for the Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo against the Charlotte Hornets. The Hornets are one of the worst defenses in the NBA. They rank second to last in points allowed. They also are losing one of their key pieces underneath, their center Mason Plumlee, who is missing the game because of a strained right calf. That means there's no protection in the paint.

Giannis is going to eat. Whenever he's up against a bottom 10 defense, he's averaging just under 29 points per game, just over 11 rebounds, and just about 5 assists. Take Giannis Antetokounmpo for the $58 tonight.

My value play, it's the Houston Rockets point guard Kevin Porter Jr. Across the last three games, he's averaging 16 points, 8 rebounds, and just under 11 assists. As long as the Rockets' shooting guard Jalen Green remains out with a strained left hamstring, this is going to be the perfect time to put Porter Jr. in your lineups.

Remember, steals matter in DFS. Porter Jr. is averaging 1 and 1/2 steals per game. Take Kevin Porter Jr. at $26 tonight.

My fade tonight, Kings center Rashawn Holmes. He is one of the most frustrating players to bet on in general in the NBA because you just never know if it's going to be a good or a bad day. Now that he's missed the last three games due to a bruised eye and an illness, I am fading Rashawn Holmes tonight.

He's up against one of the best defenses in the NBA. The Los Angeles Clippers are giving up just under 104 points per game to their opponents, which ranks fifth best. Against centers this year, the Clippers ranked ninth defensively. It's also the second leg of a back-to-back, one of the worst spots in the NBA. I'm fading Rashawn Holmes tonight.

Here's a recap for $58, put the Bucks all-star Giannis Antetokounmpo in your lineup tonight. My value play, $26, Kevin Porter Jr. The fade, Rashawn Holmes, he's not worth what he's priced at.

That's it for your "Yahoo Daily Fantasy in the NBA" for the first day of December. I'm Ariel Epstein. Good luck tonight.
