ARIEL EPSTEIN: Welcome to "Yahoo Daily Fantasy" in the NBA. I'm Ariel Epstein. I'm going to give you two plays and a fade for Friday, December 3.

First, let's start with my must-play. For $48, it is worth paying up for the Golden State Warriors' all-star, Steph Curry. He's up against the Phoenix Suns for the second time in the same week.

Steph didn't have the best day on Tuesday. In fact, he only put up 12 points. He still hit three 3's on the road. Now, coming back home against this Suns team, I see Steph Curry eating tonight. Take him. $48 in DFS.

Here's my value play. For $12, you can get the starting center for the Lakers, Dwight Howard. He's up against the Los Angeles Clippers. Howard played 35 minutes in his last game for LA. He's playing much better than the center for the Lakers, DeAndre Jordan, who's averaging just over 5 points per game and six rebounds.

When Howard came into the game for the Lakers, the Lakers started to make a comeback, despite losing the game. Howard put up 12 points and 13 rebounds. He's a great value play for just $12 as the starting center. I'm putting Howard in my lineup.

My fade play-- for $49, James Harden is just not worth it tonight against the Minnesota Timberwolves. If you look at his game logs, Harden doesn't really put up many 20-plus performances back to back. He just had one of those games his last game out.

In addition to going up against Minnesota, who ranks ninth in the last 10 games in points allowed to their opponents, whether the big man, Karl-Anthony Towns, plays for Minnesota despite his back injury-- if he's out, well, this game could be a blowout anyway. And Harden may not even see as much playing time. If [? KAT's ?] in, well, again, Minnesota's defense has played really well of late. I am not paying up the $49 for Harden.

Here's your daily fantasy recap. Steph Curry, $48. He's a play. Dwight Howard, great value at $12. Fade, for $49, James Harden against Minnesota.

That's it for me, Ariel Epstein here for NBA DFS. Good luck, and have a great weekend.
