From the Marbles - NASCAR

Except this was at Daytona, and Ricky Bobby, Cal Naughton Jr. and Jean Girard were nowhere to be found.

In all, 19 cars were involved, and after the smoke cleared, it looked like the Coke Zero 400 could be the second act to the 2002 Aaron's 312, when only three cars finished on the lead lap.

While restrictor plate races can be fun to watch for crashes like this, it did provide one momentarily scary moment when Mark Martin's car caught fire as he drove it down pit road after the accident. As safety officials showered the car with fire extinguisher, members of Jimmie Johnson's pit crew pulled Martin out of the car as he climbed out the window.

Thankfully, Martin was unhurt, and said that the incident looked worse than it really was, as the fire didn't get into the cockpit.
