While Major League Baseball's 2020 season is on hold during the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is doing their part to bring Opening Day to fans who are stuck at home practicing social distancing.
That includes longtime White Sox organist Nancy Faust, the soundtrack of South Side summer. She sent this terrific video message to her son, who shared it Thursday on Twitter.
My mother, Nancy Faust, who was in Arizona during Spring Training, sent me this message last week. Thought it would be fun to share for #OpeningDayAtHome, and let's go @whitesox!!! pic.twitter.com/oL0hPQMxL0

White Sox fans need some feel-good moments while they wait for their favorite team to return to action, and this is most definitely one of those.
Between classic games on the TV and classic sounds coming from Faust's organ, some elements of normalcy for White Sox fans are still around in these unprecedented times.
Happy Opening Day.
