MLB The Show donating to KC’s Negro Leagues Baseball Museum

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Last year, MLB The Show 23 debuted Negro League storylines for the first time in the video games history.

Now, the game has taken things a step further for MLB The Show 24, by adding a Negro Leagues edition and more Negro Leagues players, including Toni Stone, the first woman to ever play professional baseball in the Negro Leagues.

She’s also the first woman to ever appear on MLB The Show.

Early access for the Negro Leagues Edition begins Friday. Some of the features include:

Furthermore, as part of their partnership with the MLB, the Show will be donating $1 to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum for every Negro Leagues Edition, Digital Deluxe edition and MVP edition sold in the United States until Dec. 31, 2024.
