CASH STACKS

Boston Red Sox (vs. Toronto Blue Jays - SP Hyun Jin Ryu)

The Cincinnati Reds and Boston Red Sox are the only two teams that are hitting above .250 while maintaining homerun numbers that are in the top five percentile. The Reds have hit 56 home runs and the Red Sox have hit 53. Tonight, the Red Sox will see Hyun Jin Ryu. Toronto’s left-handed starter last saw the Red Sox in Boston on 4/20 where he allowed eight hits, and four earned runs over five innings pitched. Although he has put together two mediocre starts and one very impressive start over his last three outings, I believe the Boston Red Sox beat up on Ryu tonight. I do expect Boston to be a popular investment tonight. As a team, the Red Sox are batting .282 with 15 home runs against opposing left-handed pitchers. Considering Ryu Will now be facing Boston for a second time this season, I expect the Red Sox to adjust and inflict more damage than their last matchup. Although chalky, the Boston Red Sox are a solid daily fantasy play. Toronto is favored by -137 with a 9 O/U Courtesy of Pointsbet.com.

Other Cash Stacks: Toronto Blue Jays & Washington Nationals

GPP STACKS

Milwaukee Brewers (vs. Kansas City Royals - SP Kris Bubic)

The Kansas City Royals against the Milwaukee Brewers matchup is very intriguing to me. Kris Bubic has pitched well over his last two games totaling 19.1 fantasy points against the Tigers and 14.4 fantasy points against the White Sox. Bubic and the Royals will face a Milwaukee Brewers team that has lost four of their last six, despite scoring 10 runs in an exciting victory against the Braves last night. Milwaukee is batting just .208 against opposing right-handed pitchers and .237 against opposing left-handed pitchers. The Royals starting pitcher is shockingly priced at a minimum salary (4,000 DK). The Brewers are ranked fifth highest in the league with 420 strikeouts. Am I recommending to roster Draftkings’ lowest-priced SP on the slate? Yes, I think I am. His salary is shockingly inaccurate and I do believe it’s worth taking advantage of. This is the perfect GPP match-up. Personally, give me Bubic at such a low salary it will allow me the lineup flexibility to roster any offense I choose. With that said, I will have my hedge lineups including Milwaukee power bats. Bubic could be more popular than you’d think tonight. Investing in a Brewers stack could pay off big time depending on Bubic’s ownership.

Other GPP Stacks: Philadelphia Phillies & New York Yankees

Note: While researching today’s slate, I noticed a good amount of players who exhibit amazing BvP stats (as well as other advantages) against the pitcher(s) they’re facing tonight. I will be recommending Draftkings minimum priced SP Kris Bubic therefore salary should not be an issue for us tonight. Instead of posting my bargain plays tonight, I’m going to use this space to post my top plays. There will be no need to rummage in the Bargain Bin with Bubic priced as low as he is.
