CASH STACKS

New York Yankees (vs. Boston Red Sox - SP Martin Perez)

The New York Yankees are beginning to heat up and will face Boston’s Martin Perez tonight. Perez is a left-handed pitcher who has trouble pitching in Fenway Park. As I’ve mentioned in prior articles, Fenway park’s Green Monster is 37 ft tall but only 310 ft home plate. This gives powerful right-handed batters an advantage. Normal pop-ups become home runs in Fenway. Aaron Judge is starting to get going and will see a great matchup tonight. Perez allows a .267 batting average to opposing right-handed batters. All eight of his allowed home runs this season have been to right-handed batters. Perez has a 6.68 home ERA and has allowed six of his eight total home runs at home in Fenway Park. Everything's adding up to major advantages for New York Yankee right-handers tonight. The NBC Sports Edge Optimizer has Judge projected for 10.0 DK FP at a salary of $5,100. The New York Yankees are favored by -125 with 10.5 O/U courtesy of Pointsbet.com.

Top plays: D.J. LeMahieu, Aaron Judge, Luke Voit, Gio Urshela, & Giancarlo Stanton

Value: Miguel Andujar & Clint Frazier

GPP STACKS

Boston Red Sox (vs. New York Yankees - SP Domingo German)

Michael Chavis will be leading off for the Red Sox tonight. German has struggled recently. German has a 6.20 ERA over his last five starts. He’s allowing lefties to hit .256 BA with seven home runs in 125 at-bats. This is the perfect game stack scenario. The Sox have six total runs over their last three losses. Conversely, Boston has 26 runs over their last three wins. I see this game going back and forth favoring the Red Sox slightly. I love the over and both offenses should perform. Pointsbet.com has the Red Sox as slight underdogs at +105 with a 10.5 O/U.

Top plays: J.D. Martinez, Xander Bogaerts, & Rafael Devers

Value: Michael Chavis, Alex Verdugo, & Marwin Gonzalez
