Happy Friday, Yahoo Fantasy. I'm the Prop Queen, Ariel Epstein. Here with a pitcher and two hitters to put in your DFS lineups tonight. I'm starting with a pitcher.

For $42 I'm taking the Texas Rangers southpaw, Martin Perez. He's up against the Los Angeles Angels, who have the second highest carry against left-handed pitchers. The Angels also struggle against left-handed pitchers with the 27th ranked OPS this season. Perez has had success in his past against the Angels. Looking back to last year, had a sub 1 ERA against the Halos. Even this year at home, 2.83 ERA. I really like Martin Perez tonight, as one of my pitchers in DFS.

Now to the offensive side. This is Super important because if you don't have this player, he is probably going to ruin you in DFS. He's $18, it's the Houston Astros second baseman, Jose Altuve. Altuve is up against the starter, Robbie Ray, who's a left-hander. We'll get to that in a second. However, in his career, Altuve against Ray, he's hitting .579, with three doubles. A triple, 2 home runs, 4 RBI. Let's just dive a little bit deeper. Altuve at home, this year, is hitting .329. On the road .227. It's a huge difference, the home road splits. As for lefty-righty splits, Altuve hitting .310 against lefties, .258 against righties. The fact that Altuve is facing a left-handed pitcher at home, and it's a pitcher he's had success against. I have to put Jose Altuve in my lineup tonight.

For my last play, don't make fun of me. He's $16, and on a hot streak. And that's the St Louis Cardinals designated hitter and first baseman, Albert Pujols. First in his career against the Washington Nationals starter, Anibal Sanchez. He's had success hitting .393, with two doubles, a home run, and two RBI. Pujols else is also hitting .348 in July. He's been hot since the all-star break. Oh, and he's chasing Alex Rodriguez, needs 10 more home runs to tie, and 11 more to pass A-Rod 4th on the all time home runs list. He's up against now, Pujols, the Nationals who allow the most home runs in Major League Baseball, with 144. Give me Albert Pujols $16 in my DFS lineup tonight.

Here's your Yahoo Daily Fantasy recap. I'm going with the Texas Rangers left hander, Martin Perez, Houston Astros second baseman, Jose Altuve, St Louis Cardinals designated hitter and first baseman, Albert Pujols.
