Miley Cyrus's Toned Legs Are Simply 🔥 In Fishnets And Heels On IG

It’s just a general fact of life that Miley Cyrus is a total fitness badass. She can sing perfectly while running on a treadmill and do some impressive yoga moves that only a truly dedicated yogi can master.

The 29-year-old dropped a few pics on Instagram of herself working a black Galliano mini dress paired with lacy fishnets that showcased her toned legs for days. Miley was kind enough to post pics that featured her legs from the front and sides, and wowzer. “Photo me pronto. I’m in Galliano 🖤,” she joked in the caption.

People completely freaked in the comments and fair. “QUEEN SERVING,” one wrote. “🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 WOW amazingly sexy and sexy 😻😻,” another said.

OK, so how did Miley get those toned, strong legs? For starters, her treadmill game is strong. Miley has dropped several videos of herself running on the treadmill like it’s NBD. Exhibit A:

Miley is also heavy into yoga—and Ashtanga yoga in particular—although she admitted that it can be frustrating at times. “The thing about Ashtanga yoga is that sometimes it can be really uninspiring because the teacher will say, ‘Oh, don’t worry that’s just going to take you 10 years [to get], and you’re like ‘Wait, what?’” she said on The Tonight Show.

Apparently, Miley really puts in the work in during a yoga sesh. Elle Australia reports that at one point, she was practicing for two hours a day, six days a week.

Speaking of practices that give you serious muscle tone…Miley has a long history with Pilates, too. Mari Winsor, Miley’s former instructor, totally took credit for the singer’s legs back in 2013. “She’s always going to have those long gorgeous legs. We just toned and firmed in all the right places," she told People. Well, seems like some things never change, even a decade later, those legs are killer!

Miley also likes to mix things up with more everyday activities, and has been known to get out in the fresh air for a hike in LA. But whether she's dancing around to a choreographed routine at home, or hitting a downward dog, Miley just likes to make movement a part of her daily routine.

Case in point: when recovering from vocal cord surgery, Miley would do wall-sits to tone up her quads and distract her from the pain.

On the food front, Miley—a former vegan—is now a pescatarian (meaning, she eats fish but no other meats). She eats a mostly plant-based diet now because she was experiencing joint pain and brain fog.
