Michigan football tight end Erick All enters NCAA transfer portal

A little over 24 hours after the Michigan football program punched a ticket to the College Football Playoff for the second straight season, the NCAA's transfer portal opened. The portal opens up to any player who wishes to become the college sports version of a free agent, and a few Michigan players are taking advantage of it.

Tight end Erick All announced he is leaving Michigan. The Free Press later confirmed he has entered his name in the transfer portal.

When All was on the field for the Wolverines, he was a key asset in the offensive success during Michigan's run to the CFP last season. He caught 38 passes for 437 yards and two touchdowns. His best game as a Wolverine came against Michigan State when he caught 10 passes for 98 yards. All's two touchdowns last season also proved to be important in Michigan's playoff run. His first came late in the fourth quarter as the game-winner in a pivotal comeback at Penn State; the second came against Iowa in the 2021 Big Ten title game.
