Michigan State football adds 6-foot-7 OT Ben Nelson as PWO commit

Michigan State football seems to have a very planned out strategy for how they want to use their PWO offers in 2022. On Thursday, the Spartans added 6-foot-7 offensive tackle Ben Nelson as a PWO commit.

Nelson is a 2-star lineman out of Holland Christian High School who chose the Spartans over taking a scholarship to Central Michigan, Butler, Drake, and more.

Nelson is the latest massive, local offensive tackle the Spartans have added by way of PWO. Not a bad move considering arguably the best tackle in MSU history was a walk-on (Jack Conklin).
