Michigan State basketball digs deep to rally past UConn, 64-60, in Battle 4 Atlantis

A.J. Hoggard, Malik Hall and Tyson Walker made five of six free-throw attempts in the final 31 seconds to push Michigan State basketball past No. 21 Connecticut, 64-60, in the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas on Thursday.

The Spartans will play in the championship game against Baylor or VCU on Friday at 11 a.m. (ESPN).

The Spartans squandered a 14-point lead and fell behind 55-48 late in the second half, but Julius Marble II scored eight straight points to bring them within 60-59.
