Most of Michigan football’s impending matchups have times, but not all have broadcast information ascribed. With Week 3 having been set in the preseason, we know are learning what to expect in Week 4.
The Big Ten opener for the Wolverines had already been announced as a noon kickoff, but it didn’t have a specific channel involved, as it could have been either on Fox or FS1. On Monday, Michigan football announced that the game against Maryland in Week 4, which is also homecoming, will be nationally broadcast on Fox.
It is unclear whether or not it will be Big Noon Kickoff with Gus Johnson and Joel Klatt on the call.

Even if Klatt and Johnson aren’t on the call, there’s a decent possibility that another one of Michigan’s impending matchups will have the premier Fox Sports team. The Week 5 contest at Iowa, as well as the following week’s game at Indiana currently do not have kickoff times, nor any broadcaster assigned to the game.
This will be Maryland’s first time back to Ann Arbor since the 2018 season, as the expected visit in 2020 was canceled due to COVID-19.
Joel Klatt confirms the main Fox Sports crew will be on the game.
