Before the season, it was thought that Michigan football vs. Northwestern would have a big game feel. Though the Wildcats have not held up their end of the bargain being reigning Big Ten West champions, as far as the viewing experience, it will still have a big game feel.
The Wolverines have but three home games left on the schedule, and when Northwestern comes to town, the Big Ten announced that it will be a noon kick that will be broadcast nationally on Fox — which means that while it won’t be Fox’s premier game, it will be in its biggest time slot.

With Week 8’s schedule revealed, all eyes will await the Week 9 schedule, which will be released next Monday, with not only Michigan taking on rival MSU, but Ohio State and Penn State playing that weekend as well. Certainly, one will get ESPN College GameDay in town and both will vie for Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff and ESPN’s night game status.
