Pro tip to those fans who are attending a sporting event and trying to get on camera, especially when a reporter is trying to do their job: Don't do it or suffer embarrassment.

A fan found out the hard way Monday after Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and Vegas Golden Knights.

After the Golden Knights' 7-2 thrashing of the Panthers to take a commanding 2-0 series lead, CBS Miami reporter Samantha Rivera was doing a live shot trying to explain to viewers what happened during the game.

That's when a fan off-camera for some strange reason tried to make their way on camera only to be stiff-armed, Derrick Henry-style, back to where he came. The stiff-arm was so lethal, the fan never got a chance to show their face on camera.

Rivera stayed professional and continued talking to the audience as if nothing happened.

"Listen, I don’t give a damn what team you’re rooting for ‒ get the hell out of my face when I’m working and respect that I’m here to do my job. Excited to get back home to some classy #Panthers fans for game 3," Rivera said on social media.

Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final is Thursday in Sunrise, Florida.
