Memphis Grizzlies score vs. New York Knicks: Live updates

The Memphis Grizzlies are back on the road to play the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Memphis (11-8) started its season with a 115-112 overtime win against the New York Knicks at home. Ja Morant scored 34 points and added nine assists.

The injury report for both rosters look much different than the first meeting. The Knicks (9-10) have Derrick Rose, Jalen Brunson and Cam Reddish listed as questionable. Reddish came off the bench, scored 22 points and hit the shot to send the first meeting to overtime. Brunson leads the Knicks with 21.4 points per game and 6.5 assists.

Desmond Bane, Ziaire Williams and Danny Green remain out for the Grizzlies. Santi Aldama and Xavier Tillman Sr. missed Friday's win against the New Orleans Pelicans due to Non-COVID illnesses.

Both teams are top five in the NBA in rebounding, so it will be a battle of strength versus strength.
