According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Mariota has been very limited in practice while dealing with a pectoral strain.

There’s no word yet on the timetable for his return or the severity of Mariota’s injury.
The former Oregon Duck has been competing for the starting job with Derek Carr.
Las Vegas kicks off the regular season Sunday, Sept. 13 on the road at Carolina.
It was on March 17th when Mariota signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an unrestricted free agent. The contract was a two-year deal worth $17.6 million.
During his first five seasons with the Tennessee Titans, Mariota started in 61-of-63 appearances and completed 1,110-of-1,765 passes (62.9 percent) for 13,207 yards, 76 touchdowns to 44 interceptions for a passer rating of 89.6 and added 242 carries for 1,399 yards (5.8 avg.).
The Raiders also announced Monday that they have signed QB DeShone Kizer to the practice squad.
