March Madness: Coverage of UVM basketball teams in the 2023 NCAA Tournament

The Burlington Free Press will be bringing you coverage throughout the week on the journeys of the University of Vermont men's and women's basketball teams at the 2022 NCAA Tournament.

The UVM men, a 15-seed, are slated to face No. 2 Marquette in the first round on Friday in Columbus, Ohio. The game is set for 2:45 p.m. tip-off on CBS.

The Catamount women, meanwhile, are also a No. 15 and will square off against No. 2 Connecticut in a first-round contest on the Huskies' campus in Storrs. The Vermont-UConn matchup is scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday on ABC.
