At the end of a tumultuous week for football, a cup final awaits between two teams that were in the middle of the controversy. Both Man City and Spurs will have 2,000 fans in attendance for the big day as sport slowly meanders back towards normality.

What is it?

Manchester City play Tottenham for the first trophy of the season at Wembley.

When is it?

Sunday, April 25. The final was initially scheduled for the end of February but was delayed to allow fans to attend.

What time is kick-off?

The match will start at 4.30pm.

What TV channel is it on?

The final will be shown on Sky Sports. Alternatively, follow along with all the live action on the Telegraph Sport website.

What is the team news?

The big question for Man City is will Kevin De Bruyne be fit for Sunday? He picked up an injury in the FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea and then missed the midweek win over Aston Villa in the Premier League.

For Spurs, it is all about Harry Kane. Interim manager Ryan Mason has suggested Kane could be fit for Sunday. However, the striker missed the Southampton game on Wednesday and it is expected to be touch-and-go right up to kick-off.

What are Telegraph writers saying?

In a dramatic week, Tottenham sacked their manager Jose Mourinho as well as being part of the European Super League debacle.

Mourinho's last day at Spurs was an interesting affair, read all about it below.

For City, their week revolved around the European Super League's failure. Read Mike McGrath's take on it below.

What are the odds?

Man City: 1/2

Tottenham: 9/2

Draw: 15/4

What is our prediction?

Man City are undoubtedly favourites to claim the trophy. However, Spurs could yet benefit from the famous 'bounce' that comes after a manager is sacked. If Kane is fit, they will be right in the contest. That being said, City are the in-form team in English football and will be eager to get their hands on a trophy after losing out on the FA Cup.

Prediction: Man City 2 Spurs 1
