Magic Johnson talks Lakers before World Series Game 4
Magic Johnson is already making plans for his next move.
The NBA legend and Los Angeles Dodgers stakeholder went on air before Game 4 of the World Series and had a lot to say.
This time last year, Magic talked to our guys about who might be joining the @Lakers.

With Keith Hernandez, David Ortiz and Alex Rodriguez at the table with him, Johnson reminisced about the last time he sat down with the MLB crew.
Last year, when the Dodgers were in the World Series with the Houston Astros, the crew had been asking him about his plans as president of basketball operations for the Lakers to bring in a superstar. He delivered this offseason, signing LeBron James to a four year deal.
He joked that his World Series appearance sealed the deal with James.
“Big Papi” had jokes ready, saying even though he had insiders, he couldn’t quite claim credit. He did have an image ready though, featuring what could be the next star to join the Lakers with Kevin Durant and James in Lakers uniforms, there was also Ortiz in the back wearing all black and sunglasses.
“I love that.” Johnson said of the image.
Rodriguez laughed as he said .they weren’t trying to get Johnson in trouble who replied that he had already been fined enough.
“Because you ran that image with LeBron, I’m gonna get another superstar next time.” Johnson said.
.@MagicJohnson is calling his shot and will get another Superstar!

But Johnson probably wouldn’t mind getting a World Series win over the superstar.
