Mad Bets: Will the Cowboys win over 9.5 games this season?
Minty Bets has looked over the NFL schedule and is excited about some of the team totals offered by BetMGM.

MINTY BETS: Hey, guys. Minty Bets here. And the NFL schedule just came out, and I really like some seasonal win totals. So let's begin.
I like the Saints over 10 and 1/2. The Saints have over 11 wins for three consecutive years already. Winning game after game without Drew Brees for part of the season speaks highly of the team and how they're able to work together without their leader. Now, Teddy was a good quarterback for the time being. But we know the Saints flourish in regular season and flop against the Vikings in postseason. So I like their regular season wins over 10 and 1/2.
Next up, I like the Cowboys over 9 and 1/2 wins. I'm liking the over just because they had a really good draft class, and they truly do have a great mix of veteran players and rookies. This is a well-rounded team that will finish pretty high this upcoming season.
I like the Texans over 7 and 1/2 wins. Even though they only have one primetime game, I'm still going to be watching. Their offensive line is questionable, and it's quite a different roster this season. But they've signed some quality players-- David Johnson, Brandin Cooks, Randall Cobb. As crazy as we think Bill O'Brien is sometimes, since taking over as head coach for the Texans in 2014, they've finished below .500 only once. I really like the Texans over 7 and 1/2 wins.
Last up, I like the Jets under 6 and 1/2 wins. I can see them winning maybe about five games this season. I think the Dolphins will even have a better record than them. The Jets have got a tough schedule ahead of them, playing against teams like the Bills, the Bucs, the Saints, and the Texans. And Sam Darnold is a very young quarterback and still needs to prove himself as a quarterback with more discipline and consistency. The offense needs work. This roster is just not quite there yet to have a winning season.
