The NFL owners meetings began Sunday in Phoenix, and they'll continue through Wednesday, with the league's general managers and coaches joining the mix. They'll discuss adjustments to replay reviews, deals between teams, tinkering with the playing rules and how to punt away this Robert Kraft mess without getting it blocked by common sense.
