CLEVELAND, Ohio — As the Browns await Myles Garrett's indefinite suspension to be lifted, free-agent defensive ends and outside linebackers will soon look to cash in. Should the Browns tap into the free-agent market to bolster their pass rush? With a new coach in Kevin Stefanski and a new defensive coordinator who might prefer a 3-4 defense to a 4-3, Cleveland could still see a shakeup among its pass rushers. As a reminder: they are projected to have $51.7 million in cap room, according to Spotrac.com and OverTheCap.com, which places them around the league average as the team with the 15th-most space. The NFL salary cap this offseason is projected to be between $196.8 million and $201.2 million.
