ST. LOUIS – Devin Williams checked off two boxes on his checklist of boyhood dreams achieved on Monday night. The right-hander started by taking the mound at Busch Stadium in the sixth inning of a 3-0 Milwaukee Brewers loss to the St. Louis Cardinals. Then he got Yadier Molina, one of his boyhood idols, to ground out. Williams, born in nearby Florissant, Missouri, a graduate of Hazelwood West High School and current resident of nearby Maryland Heights, wound up facing just one over the minimum in his two-inning stint. He also allowed his first run in what was his fourth major-league appearance, and it came on a Paul DeJong home run that people were still talking about Tuesday afternoon. The Cardinals
