Just nine days remain until we hit the July 31 MLB trade deadline. Between now and then, New York Yankees general manager Brian Cashman will work the phones, trying to add an arm to his starting rotation for the stretch run. The pitchers with the most buzz right now are Toronto Blue Jays right-hander (and Long Island native) Marcus Stroman and Texas Rangers left-hander Mike Minor. But plenty of other arms continue to surface in trade talks, including Detroit Tigers left-hander Matthew Boyd and New York Mets right-handers Noah Syndergaard and Zack Wheeler.
