After being released by the Detroit Lions earlier this month, it appears as if former Green Bay Packers offensive lineman T.J. Lang is ready to hang up his cleats and retire from the NFL According to those close with him (via the Detroit Free Press), Lang has begun telling people that he has “definitely” played his last game of football, and that an announcement could come as soon as Friday. Lang didn't follow up on a message left by the Detroit Free Press, but as the 31-year old lineman has dealt with a multitude of injuries throughout his career – including a neck injury that derailed his 2018 campaign – it would come as no surprise to see him transition out of the NFL.
