Newest Mets reliever Stephen Nogosek underwent a stressful few hours while he waited on the green light for his imminent call-up to the big leagues. Instead of traveling to Charlotte, NC with the Syracuse Mets, Triple-A manager Tony DeFrancesco informed Nogosek he's shipping off to Braves country. Nogosek quickly called his wife and parents so they could book the next flight to Atlanta. The first time Nogosek takes the hill for the Mets will be his Major League debut, and if that outing takes place in SunTrust Park, his family will be in the stands watching anxiously.
