It is said that lightning does not strike the same place twice. And, no doubt, Toni-Ann Singh, Miss Jamaica World (MJW) 2019, hopes that this notion may change in her favour. Singh placed first at Saturday's coronation show, and so, she will be heading to the Miss World finals in London, scheduled to be held on December 14. And, like Cindy Breakspeare, who represented Jamaica in that city in 1976, she would like to return with the coveted crown. “It is a great legacy to continue,” Singh, who gave God the glory, told The Gleaner.
