The Phillies are becoming Yankees South. Their latest Yankees alum heading to the Phillies organization is veteran utility infielder/outfielder Neil Walker, who signed a minor-league contract on Wednesday. Walker joins host of former Yankees who now are Phillies property: manager Joe Girardi, shortstop Didi Gregorius, infielder Ronald Torreyes, outfielder Andrew McCutchen and reliever David Robertson. All are newcomers except for McCutchen and Robertson, who will miss the entire 2020 season due to Tommy John surgery. Walker, 34, hit .261 with eight homers and 38 RBI in 115 games with the Miami Marlins last season. The switch-hitter figures to compete in spring training for an Opening Day roster
