TORONTO - The Blue Jays announced on Tuesday reliever Ryan Tepera landed on the 10-day injured list with a right elbow impingement. In his place, the team called up 27-year old Jimmy Cordero from Triple-A Buffalo. This is the second time Tepera has been on the IL with an elbow issue this season. He was diagnosed with elbow inflammation late in spring training and returned to the roster on April 18th. Tepera also missed about two weeks in 2018 with inflammation in his right elbow.
