Few have represented the city of Vallejo and the 707 area code better than Yankees pitcher C.C. Sabathia. In addition to consistently giving back to the community that raised the All-Star pitcher, Sabathia represented his hometown proudly on his cleats during MLB's "Players' Weekend" festivities. Sabathia is a graduate of Vallejo High School, and has some of the material from his letterman jacket on the cleats. CC recently spoke about despite growing up as an A's fan, he was hoping the Giants would select him when he entered the 1998 MLB Draft.
