The Ravens saw one of their longtime front office members finally get the opportunity to run a franchise recently when Joe Douglas was hired as the general manager of the Jets. Douglas, who spent the last several years in Philadelphia under Howie Roseman, was New York's No. 1 priority in their GM search.
