LOS ANGELES — The Dodgers welcomed back Kiké Hernandez and Chris Taylor on Tuesday. The two utility players missed a combined 48 games with injuries to their hand and forearm, respectively. Manager Dave Roberts immediately plugged both players into his starting lineup for the series opener against the Toronto Blue Jays. Taylor batted fifth and played left field. Hernandez played second and batted seventh. “The versatility that these guys present is something you're going to see going forward,” Roberts said. “It's a luxury we have with our roster. … We'll give (A.J.) Pollock a day off here in the next couple days. Corey (Seager), we'll watch his workload going forward.” Third baseman Justin Turner
